Residential and Commercial Conveyancing

Residential

Moving house is hard work. There is a lot at stake and a lot to do to turn your important house move into reality. Although an exciting time for a buyer, it can also be a stressful period with time constraints and pressure from a connected sale or purchase. We understand this and will make the legal side of the conveyancing process as quick, efficient and as hassle free as possible.

If you are buying, selling or re-mortgaging we are here to help you. We like to keep things plain and simple for you, because we understand that buying or selling your home is one of the biggest financial commitments you will ever make, whether it will be your new family home or an investment for your future. We are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional conveyancing service at a highly competitive price. Your work will be done by one solicitor from start to finish, providing conveyancing with a personal touch.

We will provide you with a full estimate of costs from the outset as we understand that you need to budget this into the overall costs of selling, purchasing or re-mortgage. We will also be happy to give you initial advice to help you understand the procedure, the implications and suggest a suitable course of action, before deciding to go ahead. Clients appreciate the lengths we go to ensure a smooth transaction. We are confident you will want to use us every time.

Please watch our short video below which will help you to understand how a typical residential sale and purchase transaction may proceed.

We are also experts in commercial conveyancing  and we understand that your commercial property is your livelihood. We pride ourselves on providing quick, clear and informed advice that keeps the day-to-day process as simple as possible and allows your business to get on with doing what it does best.

We help individuals who own one or two properties, act in the sale and purchase of retail units, offices and industrial buildings, and work with clients who regularly buy and sell large portfolios of investment properties as buy-to-let landlords. Through each stage of your development project, from purchasing the property to arranging leases for tenants, we can help you with all the formalities of any investment. We understand the specialist needs of investor clients and the importance of timing with regard to completion of related transactions.

We can also assist with property disputes, contracts or other matters and will tailor our service to your business needs.

Please be aware that if an estimate has not been agreed and you require more complicated advice, you will be charged for appointments at our hourly rates. Further information on those rates can be obtained by request. We do not offer any free advice periods.
